Tribute Giving

Tribute giving offers a unique way to honour a special individual or celebrate an important event such as a wedding, birthday or anniversary as well as in memoriam. You will receive a tax receipt for your gift and we will send a special card, certificate or plaque to the person you have honored.

Special Events – At Home – At Work

Make your special occasions even more special by adding a focus on helping others. Even a home party or a day at the office can become a way of helping provide better mental health care at Peace Ranch. Arrange a ‘dress down day’ or special lunch at the office. Have a garage, bake sale, organize a Peace Ranch sponsorship at a party, or a group volunteer day at the Ranch. You’ll be sharing your sense of community in a whole new way and helping us grow an even stronger Circle of Peace.

Peace Ranch Building Fund

We want to expand our services and programs and you can donate to our building fund or help by offering your time, expertise or supplies.

$5.00 per week allows for art supplies, including paper, pastels, mosaic supplies, grout and patterns for our Art Program, enabling 25 people per week to participate in a creative and recreational program.

$35.00 per month allows 6 people to participate in a recreational fishing program during the summer months, experiencing the peace and restfulness of the great outdoors.

$100.00 per month provides feed for our various animals, including 2 alpacas, a pot-bellied pig, 2 Sannan giant goats and 2 giant sheep, who are at the centre of our therapeutic animal programs, attended by 20 – 25 people weekly.

$50.00 per month buys supplies for our leather arts program, a creative and meaningful craft program for up to 15 participants.

$10 per week provides transportation through a volunteer driver for a participant living in the community to attend one of our weekly social rec/rehab programs.

$50.00 per month pays for the supplies, including seeds, pots, soil products and tools for our Horticultural Program, providing meaningful and rewarding outdoor activity for up to 25 people yearly.

A one time gift of $150 to 300 would provide funding for a special outing such as a Blue Jays baseball game or tickets to the Royal Winter Fair or a movie for 10-12 people.
